Meet Dr. Ed Moody
Dr. Moody has been in practice in Morristown since 1985 and in 2016, moved into a new state‐of‐the‐art facility at 3005 West Andrew Johnson Highway to allow for the continued growth of his practice for both patients and staff.
Dr. Moody is a graduate of Auburn University and the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and received his certificate in pediatric dentistry from the Medical College of Virginia.
He has been certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) and the American College of Dentists. He has been a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry for more than 25 years and is also a member of the American Dental Association and Tennessee Dental Association. He has served as President of the Lakeway Dental Society, the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the preeminent organization of children’s oral health professionals.
Dr. Moody was born in Teaneck, NJ, but grew up in Morristown and calls it home. When he is not helping children and families, he loves to play golf and watch SEC sports. He is married and has three grown daughters and one granddaughter.
